Our aim is to always have every product that we ship to be received in the same condition as it leaves us! This page is to cover what we will do in the unlikely event this doesn't happen.
We package everything in the way that I would want to receive it. From carefully selected boxes to suitable and protective internal packaging.
We are just as frustated as you would be when things are received in less than perfect condition, and will always look to replace your fallen heroes with the urgency it demands.

Please do not send back 3D printed items. Please send us some photos that cover the damage for assessment.
*Please note we cannot accept returns for any 3D printed items. These are special order only and are printed to order. This does not affect however your right to refund or replacement should the item be faulty or not fit for purpose. We will always look to replace items first.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
