Refund and Returns Policy

We set up this refunds and returns policy because we always aim for each and every product to leave us with the love and care it deserves. We aim to package everything in a way that I would want to receive it. From carefully selected boxes to suitable and protective internal packaging.

We take it quite personally when things are received in less than perfect condition, and will always look to replace your fallen heroes with the urgency it demands.

Please see below for the main points of our returns/refunds policy and please do not hesitate to contact us if we haven’t answered your query.

All products must be returned in resaleable condition and all returns must be suitably packaged for their journey back to us.

Please note whilst we accept returns for bought in products, you will need to cover the postage on any unwanted returns.

Please take care to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will confirm by email when the refund has been processed our end.

Do remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  This can be as long as 7-10 days depending on the payment method.
