All of your delivery questions in one place. We have kept it super simple.

We now stock lots of different products! Alongside our own manufactured products we now stock various other products from other manufacturers. This of course changes our simple delivery policy a little!

So we should split it into two sections. If you order from one section then please follow that, if you order from both please go with the longest timeframes.

How long does my order take to dispatch?

We always aim to dispatch all manufactured orders within 5 working days. Should we feel we may not meet this we will contact you in good time. All other products should be shipped same day if before 1pm if in stock.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping is using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Expect delivery within 2 days of dispatch.

Express Shipping - £6

We offer express shipping based on Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Expect next day delivery.

Delivery Costs.

All of our manufactured models are shipped FREE using our standard shipping option, or can be expedited using our express shipping option.

All other items cost £3.95 postage and packaging

Our main delivery partner is Royal Mail.

We may, dependant on the size, weight or value of your order, upgrade your delivery tariff without notice or cost to you.

Our FREE standard shipping service is based on standard Royal Mail postcodes. Some Royal Mail postcodes do have restrictions. There may be a small charge required on these postcodes.
